With over 30 years of experience in networking and security, particularly within Cisco technologies, I specialize in network security advisory services for organizations looking to build secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures. I have supported teams across various sectors, including healthcare, academia, housing, and critical infrastructure, helping them strengthen digital foundations and safeguard data. From strategic architecture design to leadership communication and trusted advisory support, I ensure systems are secure, compliant, and built for long-term growth, all while maintaining a focus on technical excellence.
Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycling and music, especially exploring their history and evolution. Riding provides space to think, reflect, and recharge - often where the best ideas and solutions take shape.

With over 15 years of global experience at the United Nations (UN), I support leaders and teams in leadership communication, enabling them to communicate with clarity, lead with empathy, and navigate complexity with confidence. As a Certified Professional Coach and certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leadership, and the Mentoring Activation Profile (MAP), I combine evidence-based insight with practical experience to strengthen leadership effectiveness and enhance organizational performance while maintaining technical excellence.
Beyond my professional work, I mentor young adults, helping them discover strengths, build confidence, and pursue meaningful career paths. I recharge by traveling on my motorcycle and spending time in nature, where I find energy, perspective, and inspiration.
