With over 30 years of experience in networking and security, particularly within Cisco technologies, I advise organizations on building secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures. I have supported teams across healthcare, academia, housing, and critical infrastructure, helping them strengthen digital foundations and safeguard data. From strategic architecture design to trusted advisory support, I ensure systems are secure, compliant, and built for long-term growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycling and music, especially exploring their history and evolution. Riding provides space to think, reflect, and recharge - often where the best ideas and solutions take shape.

With over 15 years of global experience at the United Nations (UN), I support leaders and teams in communicating with clarity, leading with empathy, and navigating complexity with confidence. As a certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leadership, and the Mentoring Activation Profile (MAP), I combine evidence-based insight with practical experience to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
Beyond my professional work, I mentor young adults, helping them discover strengths, build confidence, and pursue meaningful career paths. I recharge by traveling on my motorcycle and spending time in nature, where I find energy, perspective, and inspiration. I am also an avid reader, particularly interested in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture — always curious about what drives people and shapes how we connect.
