Kai Hugo Lund, Founder and CEO
With over 30 years of experience in networking and security, particularly within Cisco technologies, I help organizations make secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology decisions. I’ve supported multiple teams in healthcare, academia, housing, and infrastructure, helping them strengthen their digital foundations and safeguard data with confidence. From strategic design to trusted advisory support, I ensure every system is secure, compliant, and built for growth.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about motorcycling and music, especially exploring its rich history and evolution. Riding gives me space to think and recharge – often where the best ideas and solutions find their way.
Liene Freija Lund, Business Partner and VP
With 15 years of global experience at the United Nations, I help leaders communicate with clarity, lead with empathy, and navigate change with confidence. As a certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leadership, and the Mentoring Activation Profile (MAP), and currently pursuing an MSc in Communication, Behaviour, and Credibility Analysis, I combine science-based insight with practical experience. Through attentive communication and emotionally intelligent leadership, you can strengthen collaboration, elevate performance, and create workplaces where people – and business – thrive.
Beyond my professional work, I have mentored young adults, helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and find meaningful career paths.
I recharge by traveling on my motorcycle and spending time in nature, where I find energy, new ideas, and inspiration. I’m also an avid reader with a deep interest in crime investigations, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture – always curious about what drives people and shapes how we connect.
